100g bag of premixed agar for pouring Petri dishes. One bag makes 2.5L and can pour over 100 plates.
Promotes strong rhizomorphic growth!
Also available as PDA, MEA, PDYA, MYA. Custom recipes available upon request. All varieties can also be made with antibiotics upon request for cloning wild specimens or cleaning up bacterial cultures.
Add an entire bag to 2.5L of water and autoclave or pressure cook at 15psi for 45 minutes. Allow agar to cool until you can hold the bottle then pour your plates.
Use 40grams for 1L of agar.
